Here you get a feeling for a Voice Massage Journey:

Voice Massage Journey – combining Thai Yoga Massage and Voice
As a therapist I have witnessed the transformation that happens when you allow yourself to be (passively) moved. It helps you to be able to open up for your process of healing. From there you are invited to consciously move to create healing sounds yourself, to let your voice flow out more intuitively.

Setting of a Voice Massage Journey
In a “Voice Massage Journey” session the art of Thai Yoga Massage is integrated into the body-oriented voice work that is Voice Movement Therapy. The proposition is to create a setting in which you can gently arrive in your body through massage. By adding softly sung healing sounds I guide you in passively journeying through your body towards a place of healing. From this relaxed state of mind and body I will facilitate you in resolving any left over tensions through more active voice and movement, if needed. Sometimes I will also use instruments such as the ocean drum and the wind chime.

Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga Massage is a a sacred dance of giving and receiving. It is a holistic therapy form which combines yoga, acupressure, meditation, physiotherapy and energy work.
You receive a balanced treatment of passive yoga-like stretches, which will help release any physical and emotional blockages in your body. This gentle and energising massage is done on a futon on the floor and you are fully dressed in comfortable clothing.

Investment in your Journey
Exchange for the 1h, 1.5h and 2h Massage ranges from 40-70€.

The Massage takes place at the studio “Little Yoga Space” in Baixa: little yoga space and at the studio “30 da Mouraria”:
